やQOLの維持・向上,合併症の発症進展・予防を目的に2型糖尿病患者115名を対象にHbA1cを裏づけとした食事療法および血糖管理の自己評価が及ぼす影響要因を検討した。男・女ともに食事療法は,孤食,食事の調理者,食事時間,食品交換表の活用,外食や行事時の食事療法には影響を及ぼしていなかったが,食事療法の良好群には日常食を自ら調理する者が多く,女性に顕著であったことから,男性に対しては「糖尿病教室」への参加を促す必要性が示唆された。男性の食事療法は,血糖管理状況,合併症および低血糖・高血糖の成因に対する知識,日常の運動実施状況に影響を及ぼし,両項目肯定者割合が高かった。一方,血糖管理は男性の食事療法と,男・女の運動状況に関連性がみられた。また,男性は食事療法が治療の一環であることを認識している傾向を認め,配偶者の食事療法に対する協力体制から,周囲の理解に有意な関連性を示した。さらに,食事療法が良好である男性は,食事療法を負担・苦痛に感じていなかった。食事療法と血糖管理の不良群は,自己を主張し,人に従うことを嫌い,コンプライアンスな態度に欠ける傾向があった。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_source_id_13":{"attribute_name":"雑誌書誌ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00271490","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_1_text_10":{"attribute_name":"著者所属(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_language":"en","subitem_text_value":"Kagoshima
